Large community park with cruising activity. Best at the back parking lot after dark either inside your car or by taking action to the nearby trail. Back into a parking spot to let people know you're looking.

Beach front park with seasonly open restroom gets some action during the warmer months. Not a lot of parking lot action potential as the parking lot is visible from a main street.

City park with meandering trails along the river in the Waterside District. Use the standard cruising signals. Best during warmer months around sunset. Not a lot of places for action.

Park strip in residential area of Ghent neighborhood. Closed from sunset to sunrise. Not much hiding area for action, but possibly to meet and take action elsewhere. Best warmer months in the evening before the park closes.

Small and poorly-lit partially wooded park on a point of land jutted into the Elizabeth River. Potential for discreet action after sunset.

Little used baseball stadium from the 1920s with many nooks and crannies for potential discreet cruising at night. May require coordination. Military ID neeed to access the base.

Beach restroom seasonally open next to a wooded area and in-between two parking lots. Best chance for cruising is during the morning commute with people pulling into the parking lot to kill time. The park is open sunrise to sunset.

Potentially cruisy basement men's restroom in the city owned mausoleum which is the multistory building with the dome. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10am-5pm and has free admission. Multiple cameras outside the restroom. Coordinate beforehand.

Cruising potential in second floor men's restroom. Each floor has a restroom and they're all stacked above each other on the side of the store opposite from the mall entrance. Each restroom has two stalls with the furthest stall providing ample privacy. May require coordination beforehand.

Cruisy hotel lobby restroom downtown. The hotel is connected to the convention center and gets a lot of out of town visitors.

Publicly accessible ODU campus library with under stall action in the restroom on the top floor. Mostly used by university students. Entrance is on the side away from the street.

Quiet second floor men's restroom above Panda Express with roomy stalls and potential for understall action. Walk up the stairs and then down the hallway on the right side. Be discreet. Located on the Old Dominion University campus.

Potential for cruising in the upstairs men's restroom. The navy shopping center store requires military ID to make purchases but the building is off base and does not require ID to enter or use the restroom. Be discreet.

Cruisy C9 food court restroom best in afternoon or before building closes. Avoid at lunch when it gets busy. Room for play in hidden stall on right side with foot tapping from far right urinal visible from inside the stall. Cover large door gap with toilet paper. Military ID needed for access.

(09/22) Glory hole has been removed. Cruisy men's restroom near the aircraft carrier piers. Base access needed. Popular with sailors on the nearby ships that can't host. Open Monday through Friday from 5am-7pm and cleaned at 8:30am. Closed during Winter.

Cruisy shower stalls in locker room. The back last stall is large enough for activities. Need a membership and be discrete.

Popular gym in Ghent area with discreet locker room action. Gym membership needed but members of other Onelife Fitness gyms might be able to enter for free depending on membership type. Location usually attracts muscular and fit men.

Open showers at the gym located in the back of the men's locker room past the restroom stalls. Door closes which will give you a warning if anyone is coming in. Be discreet. Located on the Norfolk Naval Station and requires military id for access.

Cruisy Navy gym men's locker room showers and sauna. The sauna is in the locker room furthest from the entrance but currently closed due to COVID. Gym next to aircraft carrier piers and attracts a lot of young fit guys usually looking for the same. Military ID needed to get on base and in gym.

Parking lot and boat ramp that can get cruisy with quick access from the interstate. Look for vehicles backed into spaces. #i64e #i64w
