Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Splashd! When you use our app, you'll be agreeing to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, we'll miss you, but you won't be able to use Splashd. It's like a pool party – you'll need to follow the rules to swim.
The TL;DR:
- • You must be 18+ to use Splashd
- • Be respectful and follow our guidelines
- • We can update these terms (we'll let you know)
- • Breaking the rules = getting banned from the pool
