Zero Tolerance Policy

Splashd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

This includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child exploitation. We are committed to protecting children and actively working to prevent our platform from being used for any harmful activities.

Our Child Safety Standards

Splashd is committed to implementing comprehensive measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform:

Adults-only platform (18+ required)
Age verification during registration
AI-powered content moderation
Human review of flagged content
Proactive CSAM detection systems
Immediate removal of violating content
Cooperation with law enforcement
Regular policy and system updates

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Splashd and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
Content sexualizing or depicting minors
Grooming or attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes
Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
Trafficking or exploitation of children
Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM
Any content that endangers the safety of children
Discussions or promotion of child exploitation

How to Report CSAE

If you encounter any content or behavior that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately using any of the following methods:

In-App Reporting

Use the Report button on any profile, message, or content within the app. Select "Child Safety Concern" or "CSAM" as the reason. Our trust and safety team reviews these reports with the highest priority.

How We Address CSAM

Upon identifying or receiving a report of potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM), Splashd takes immediate and comprehensive action:

Immediate Content Removal

Suspected CSAM is immediately removed from our platform and preserved for law enforcement.

Account Suspension

The associated account is immediately suspended pending investigation.

NCMEC Reporting

We report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in their investigations.

Permanent Ban

Confirmed offenders are permanently banned and may be reported to a shared industry database.

Splashd is committed to full compliance with all applicable child safety laws, including:

  • 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (Mandatory reporting to NCMEC)
  • PROTECT Act and related federal legislation
  • State-level child protection laws
  • International child safety regulations where applicable
  • Google Play Child Safety Standards policy requirements

Adults-Only Platform

Splashd is an adults-only platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. We employ age verification measures during registration and reserve the right to remove any account suspected of belonging to a minor. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
