Splashd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Any content, behaviour, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
This includes, but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of child exploitation. We are committed to protecting children and actively working to prevent our platform from being misused for any harmful purpose.
Our Safety Standards
Splashd implements comprehensive measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation on our platform:
- Adults-only platform — users must be 18 or older
- Age verification procedures during account registration
- AI-powered content moderation running on all uploaded images
- Human review of all content flagged by automated systems
- Proactive CSAM detection using industry-standard hash-matching technology
- Immediate removal of any content identified as violating these standards
- Full cooperation with law enforcement investigations
- Regular review and update of safety policies and detection systems
Prohibited Content & Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Splashd. Any user found engaging in these activities will have their account immediately terminated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content sexualising or depicting minors in any context
- Grooming or attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes
- Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
- Trafficking or exploitation of children
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting CSAM
- Any content that endangers the safety or welfare of children
- Discussion, promotion, or normalisation of child exploitation
How to Report CSAE
If you encounter any content or behaviour that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately. All child safety reports are reviewed with the highest priority by our trust and safety team.
In-App Reporting
Use the Report button on any profile, message, or content within the app. Select “Child Safety Concern” or “CSAM” as the reason. Our team is notified immediately.

How We Respond to CSAM
Upon identifying or receiving a credible report of potential child sexual abuse material (CSAM), Splashd takes immediate and comprehensive action:
- 1Immediate Content RemovalSuspected CSAM is removed from the platform immediately and preserved for law enforcement.
- 2Account SuspensionThe associated account is immediately suspended pending investigation.
- 3NCMEC ReportingWe report all confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
- 4Law Enforcement CooperationWe fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in all related investigations.
- 5Permanent BanConfirmed offenders are permanently banned and may be reported to a shared industry database.

Splashd is committed to full compliance with all applicable child safety laws, including:
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — Mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC
- The PROTECT Act and related federal child protection legislation
- State-level child protection laws across all U.S. jurisdictions
- International child safety regulations where applicable
- Google Play Child Safety Standards policy requirements
Our child safety standards are informed by industry best practices, including those outlined by the Technology Coalition for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). We are committed to continuous improvement of our safety measures and regular review of our policies.
Adults-Only Platform
Splashd is an adults-only platform. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. We employ age verification measures during registration and reserve the right to remove any account reasonably suspected of belonging to a minor.
Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
