Compliance Procedures
Splashd abides by the following procedures to maintain compliance:
- Requiring all users to be at least 18 years of age before uploading any pictures or videos to the platform

Content Moderation
Splashd allows content to be flagged as inappropriate by other users. Should any content be flagged as illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable law, Splashd will review it and, if deemed appropriate, remove it from the platform without delay.
