Use the family restroom immediately to the left of the pharmacy and away from the rest of the restrooms. No cameras around, security doesn't really check the area, and the the restroom is tucked away. Arrange to meet up in the comments. Probably best after the pharmacy is closed.

In the food court area, men's restroom is long, single door usually open with a little recovery time and background music helps. Mall security is at the beginning of the hall, however, this is a dying mall and hardly any traffic. Best to coordinate something.

Large riverside park with a cruisy men's restroom at the end of the "Lot 4" parking lot. The restroom has three tightly packed dividerless urinals partially behind the corner of a stall partition. Be discreet and aware of the windows. Open 9am-sunset throughout the year.

Use the fitting room on the second floor in the north corner of the store for a quiet place for action. Handicap stall has the most room. It's the fitting room immediately to the left when entering from the outside entrance on the second floor.

Cruisy men's restroom on first floor by the lingerie section of the store. Three stalls with masonry walls to the floor offer a lot of privacy with the last stall having lots of room to play in. Music plays in the background to help cover noises that might be made. Be discreet.

Potential action in the Taylor Bend Family YMCA in western Chesapeake men's locker rooms and steam room. Action can also happen in the private and open shower area. Membership needed for access. Best when the gym is slow and fewer people are going through.
