There's a park area beside the car park. Park up, get your cock out and get out of your car. Cruisiest, the car parks. People who park up sit in their cars and do nothing, and then drive off. You need to get out of your car to show what you are there for.

There are four parking areas right next to two woods and plenty of room for play. Park up and walk through the bush, and people appear to follow. Few walkers around because this is the Peddars Route so be careful. Cruisiest, the four major parking areas.

Both side of the road has this layby. Used at times by dog walkers and mountain bikers but some good action as well. Wait in car till you see someone you like then go for a walk in woods. Lots of places to stop. Try not to upset the dog walkers.

This carpark is pretty pleasant with plenty of shelter. A few paths into the woods. Get out of your car and wander into the woods. Respect the dog walkers.

It is best for night time cruising area is over the wooden bridge and next to the river. Wooded area with cover in bushes and an area of grass that is nice and dark for open air fun. Day time you could try the toilet block but it is a bit exposed.

An abandoned housing estate next door that is completely uninhabited, but one house does overlook the park, so it's best to keep it discreet. Cruisiest spot, action happens in the ruined church arch, and at both ends of the park, where it's pretty dark.

Hook up in car park, watch out for the usual body language, guys sitting alone in car, or people getting out and looking back at you as they head towards woodland area. Daytime there is some discreet cover in the 'Heronry area' opposite the car park.

The place is somewhat rough and ready this place, but can be quite popular. Cubicle height is low, can easily look over to see who's next door. I'd find someone here and then wander off to the woods. Cruisiest at two end cubicles have small peepholes.

This is a tiny bathroom with one cubicle in each, but discreet and rarely used so good for fun. One cubicle and one urinal per toilet. Locked at 6pm, but early evening is dark and they're still unlocked. Lots of people walking dogs in the park.

This bathroom is inside the train station. All sorts of guys come here. Cruisiest spot at the end two cubicles, small glory hole. Cleaner, guys who hog the cubicles.

This bathroom is in house toilets on the 2nd floor. Walk passed boots and then turn left passed the ticket pay-area near the main exits doors is a door on the left the men's washrooms are there on the left. Cruisiest, end two cubicles.

There's lots of bushes and trees further along in park to get into should the need arise. Small Cottage located in centre of park. Only one cubicle with spy hole in door but no glory hole and small stand ups. Varies, young guys, older guys, cyclists.

All you have to do is head to Roy's of Bowthorpe, in the Bowthorpe Main Centre. The toilets are next door to the taxi rank; you can't miss them. Cruisiest, by the cubicles, at the rear of the cottage. Be careful; security does patrol here occasionally.

It is a members-only gym but worth joining to also get fit weights, cardiovascular, classes, sunbeds, steam room, pool, sauna. Just enjoy a sauna or a shower and let others know you are enjoying yourself. Cruisiest, sauna in male changing room & showers.

Cruisy laybyin Norwich. Headbehind the hedge and trees halfway down the layby. Take caution as the area can be seen from the main road when the trees lose their leaves.

Approximately halfway there are paths to discreet clearings within the trees. There's plenty of sex trash hidden in the woods. There are a few bins near the lay-by, please use them. Do get patrol cars parking to watch for speeding traffic on the A47.

This is an isolated car park that backs onto Mousehold Heath Woods. Large field on side of car park. Few bushes and benches to make use of. Make sure you get out of your cars and walk around if there's plenty of people about.

This cruisy layby is situated at the A1151 Norwich road close to Dobbs Land and Stonehouse Road. Park near the big tree and just get out and enter the farmer's field. Cruisiest spot is half way along on the left is a big tree. True cruisers go there.

Toilets at the rest stop. Workers on their way home, truck drivers, and so on. Park and take a stroll by the other vehicles. Go to the bathrooms. Don't make it too transparent. Don't trouble the 'clean' truck drivers. Be mindful of families & dog walkers.
