This is the central bus station in Quebec City. This spot is popular on weekends. There's no surveillance. It's safe at all times, but better during weekends. There are no security guards, & sometimes a janitor; it's safe here. Discretion is recommended.

Washroom on first floor lobby behind restaurant. Sit on can and wait, floor is so shiny that you can see guy in next stall & see if they are stroking. Cruisiest in the stalls especially first or second one. You can hear outer door open for recovery time.
